Return Policy
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I am happy to exchange or refund your unworn, unused item within 30 days of your order being placed. Please email kristin@kristinwerner.com and I will send you further instructions.
If you wish to exchange your item and there is a price difference between the two, I will refund the entire cost of the original purchase and ask that you repurchase the new item. All refunds are given once the item has been received. Please allow 5-7 business days for credit card processing.
Repairs
I honor the breaking of a mala as a karmic life cycle. Click here to learn more about the symbolism of when your mala breaks.
If your mala breaks (or needs another type of repair) within 30 days of purchase, please email me at kristin@kristinwerner.com with the details of the repair and simply return it back to me to be repaired. I will ship it back to you free of charge.
