Life is a flow of love, only your participation is requested.
— Yogi Bhajan

I enjoy empowering individuals to find meaning and healing within themselves. As a psychologist, yoga teacher and body worker, I weave together a creative process to assist individuals with personal growth and deep knowing. I am passionate about creating a space where clients can safely engage, deepen, and learn about themselves to create an authentic, fulfilling, and joyful life. I have been working in the field of body-centered therapy since 2004 with adolescents and adults, both individually and in group settings.

On a personal note, I moved to the Roaring Fork Valley from San Francisco in Jan 2012 and thoroughly enjoy the beautiful, peaceful surroundings this valley has to offer. In my spare time, I enjoy photography, music, reading, practicing yoga, martial arts training, snowboarding, hiking, snuggling with my kitty-cat, and spending time with friends and family.
