I have worked in the field of body-centered therapy since 2004, gaining experience in a variety of settings. Additionally, I have been a counselor/psychotherapist for over 13 years and have studied multiple modalities. I am licensed in three states (CO, WY, and OR), but currently only offer supervision in Colorado.
I take great honor is supporting LPCC’s in their journey to licensure. Supporting a clinician as they discover their skills, strengths and passion, is a joy to be witnessed.

EMDR Consultation
I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and have been utilizing EMDR to help support my clients process trauma since 2020. This incredible evidence-based modality has helped many clients regulate their nervous system and regain a sense of empowerment and peace in their life.
I am currently registered as a Consultant-in-Training through EMDRIA and would be happy to support you in your own journey and training with EMDR.
